Only what you type into the contact or booking form: your name, an email address, a phone number, details about your vehicle and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and to arrange the work. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry about our services. Where the enquiry leads to work being carried out, processing is also necessary to perform that contract.

Form messages are delivered by our email provider and stored in our mailbox. This website is hosted on a server in the European Union. The Google Maps embed on the contact page only loads if you allow it, and Google then receives your IP address under its own privacy terms.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where work is carried out, invoicing records are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at www.aepd.es.

The site is served over an encrypted connection and form data is transmitted over that connection. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything through the form that you would not want to send by email.
